Mat Croft is an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist specialising in community mental health.
He is the Locality Lead for Mental Health Services for Older People in North Yorkshire and York at Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. As a non-medical prescribing pharmacist, he works with community mental health teams and primary care, with a particular focus on the appropriate use of clozapine. His professional interests include evidence-based practice, person-centred care, and collaborative working.
